Functieomschrijving Als Finance Representative sta je samen met jouw collegas in voor het uitvoeren van algemene boekhoudkundige en administratieve taken. En daarnaast:
  • Sta je in voor de opvolging en het beheer van alle doorstortingen naar klanten aan de hand van leveranciers creditnotas
  • Zorg je voor de input en het doorzetten van queries in de ASM (after sales management) tool
  • Factureer of claim je ontbrekende doorstortgelden aan de leveranciers
  • Lever je support aan de collegas in het Shared Service Center in Barcelona
  • Ondersteun je het AP non-trade-proces
  • Je analyseert creditnotas
  • Volg je claims op (prijsverschillen, mancos), stock rotaties, prijsprotecties, rebates, doorstortingen naar klanten, intercompanies,...)
  • Ten slotte fungeer je als aanspreekpunt tussen de lokale organisatie en de collegas in het shared service center in Barcelona
Jij:
  • Hebt bij voorkeur een bachelor in accountancy/fiscaliteit of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Bent leergierig en klaar voor een snel veranderende omgeving
  • Beschikt over een goede kennis van MS Office, kennis SAP is een pre
  • Hebt een affiniteit met cijfers
  • Werkt nauwkeurig en punctueel
  • Communiceert goed in Nederlands en Engels
  • Kan overzicht houden in drukke periodes
