ABOUT THE JOB As our Outlet Activations Specialist, youll support the execution of outlet activation initiatives and help drive traffic to Levis® owned and operated outlet stores across Europe. Working closely with internal teams (marketing, planning, retail commercial) and external partners (including landlords and outlet centres), youll ensure smooth delivery of local marketing campaigns, manage the promotional calendar, and enhance Levis® visibility across digital and on-site platforms. Youll also monitor performance metrics and help optimise strategies that boost traffic, engagement, and sales in the outlet channel. Key responsibilities include:
  • Executing activations: Plan and coordinate marketing activations and in-store events that align with brand and market needs.
  • Managing promo calendars: Keep outlet promotional calendars up to date and ensure store teams are informed and prepared.
  • Enhancing visibility: Provide compelling content for newsletters and outlet centre websites, ensuring Levis® is well represented across channels.
  • Collaborating with partners: Serve as the main contact for outlet landlords, coordinating joint campaigns and marketing efforts.
  • Tracking performance: Monitor results across activations, digital assets, and promotions using insights to refine and report.
  • Supporting operations: Manage timelines, distribute materials, and assist with ad hoc projects from retail leadership.
ABOUT YOU
  • 2+ years of experience in retail marketing, retail operations, event coordination, or a related field.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for partner collaboration.
  • Experience managing promotional calendars, coordinating retail activations, or optimising online presence is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with experience tracking and reporting performance metrics.
  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing channels, website content management, and consumer engagement tactics.
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Adaptable in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.
  • Passion for retail, brand storytelling, and customer experience
