This is an incredible opportunity for a visionary leader who is ready to make a significant impact on our production processes.IMAGINE THE FUTURE WITH ENVALIORAs Continuous Improvement & Manufacturing Excellence Manager at Envalior, you will be responsible for driving the manufacturing performance improvements across our production plants at Envalior Antwerp. Your focus will be on enhancing operational efficiencies, cultivating a culture of continuous improvement, and implementing best practices in manufacturing processes. You will engage with cross-functional teams to develop and execute robust strategies that will create lasting value for our organization.You Will Make Key Contributions To Envalior

• Assist the Site management team with the Implementation of Manufacturing Excellence Workprocesses as a foundation for a strong future Continuous Improvement culture
• Implement ManEx practices across EU locations and oversee Continuous Improvement initiatives at these sites
• Support line management with establishing a productivity pipeline and fulfill annual productivity targets based on portfolio value
• Organize and conduct workshops for Front End Loading, Kaizen, process mapping, and performance diagnostics with cross-functional teams
• Lead high-value projects that significantly impact the business and involve a complex network of stakeholders
• Mentor and nurture talent within the organization in ManEx and CI competencies
• Monitor, facilitate, and assist in managing the overall productivity portfolio alongside all key functions
• Adapt and implement global best practices to ensure alignment across the organization
• Define Continuous Improvement Projects with clear business cases which outlines clear financial benefits
• Set and manage the expectations of internal customers and stakeholders
• Support line management with building a continuous improvement culture and lean thinking in all layers of the organisation

RequirementsTHE IDEAL CANDIDATEBachelors or Masters degree in a Technology or Engineering field.

• Over 10 years of experience in a manufacturing setting, emphasizing operational excellence
• Demonstrated ability in leading and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
• Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on achieving results
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to promote teamwork
• Leadership experience is considered a plus
• Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma principles along with LSS certification is highly desirable
• PMP certification is also a plus. (Project Management Professional)
