About the Program: Our Global Graduate Program is a three-year path which consists of three rotations, each lasting six months, and will take place within your chosen area: Supply Chain, Digital & Technology, Commerce, Finance, Procurement, or People. After the rotations, youll have the opportunity to spend the next 18-months working in a role within your home operating company at Alken-Maes.

• Rotation 1: Set off in the HEINEKEN operating company of application in Belgium (Mechelen). Here, youll gain a solid foundation in your specific function and an understanding of our operations, strategy, and culture.
• Rotation 2: Continue in Belgium (Mechelen) of application with a cross-functional assignment, widening your perspective and understanding of different business areas and how they interconnect.
• Rotation 3: Broaden your horizons with an international assignment, enhancing your global mindset and cultural adaptability.
• Landing Role: Now youve got all the tools, its time for you to apply what youve learnt in a management position within your country of application in Belgium. Every day will bring a chance to continue with your growth and development.

About Commerce

Our commercial department exist of 3 departments: OOH, Off trade and Marketing. The Commercial Graduate Program at Heineken is designed to develop the next generation of business leaders by providing a broad exposure to various commercial functions. Graduates will have the opportunity to rotate through departments within Trade Marketing, sales or Marketing. The program is structured to offer hands-on experience across key commercial areas, allowing trainees to contribute to high-impact projects and gain a comprehensive understanding of Heinekens market strategies.

Criteria & Conditions

• Education: A Bachelors degree
• Work Experience: No specific previous work experience is required! But we are looking specifically for new graduates. Thats a maximum of 1-year post-graduation.
• Languages: English language is essential, in addition to your local language requirements.
• Work Rights: The right to work in the country of your program is essential.
• Travel Flexibility: Global exploration cant happen from home! We require all Explorers to be fully globally mobile.

How to Apply & the Selection Process

• Application Submission:
  • Upload your CV and cover letter through our application portal. Application period is from September 1 March until 7 April.

• Online Assessments:
  • Take the online assessments. They will be based on situational behaviour scenarios, so no need to prepare anything in advance. A cognitive test is also part of the online assessment in the first 2 weeks of April.

• Interviews:
  • Upon completing the online assessments, we will be in touch to let you know if your application has been successful. You will then be invited for two interviews. Were aiming to hold these in the third week of April.

• Assessment Centre:
  • Then its time for the in-person assessment centre, where you will participate in various activities and evaluations. Were planning this for in the first week of May.

Joining HEINEKEN

Upon successfully completing all stages, you will receive an offer to join HEINEKENs Global Graduate Program in May and start in September 2025. Cheers and best of luck!
