Position Summary The selected person will start in a sales executive role, will gradually evolve towards a local sales manager function and will play a key/leading role in our Sales Organization.

Main Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell the Bobst Machines in the Benelux
  • Responsible for the budgeted bookings/sales target set with the Zone Business Director
  • Systematically analyze the market developments and competition activity
  • Visit all customers and prospects on a regular basis
  • Work in a team with the Performance Solutions Managers
  • Closely cooperate with product line managers
  • Act in respect of the code of conduct and the values of the Company
Education and Experience
  • HBO/Bachelor level or relevant experience
  • Experience in a sales position, ideally B2B, is a plus
Critical Skills and Personal Attributes
  • Customer oriented and a dynamic attitude
  • Independent and high initiative level
  • Strategic thinker and decision-maker
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Technically oriented/interested
  • Team-player
  • Willing to travel within the Benelux and abroad
  • Perfect Dutch speaking is a must
  • Good level of English language skills, French is a plus
