Wat wordt er van je verwacht?

  • Opvolging personeelsdossier van a tot z (opmaak contract, contractondertekeningen, mutaties, contractaanpassingen, wijzigingen arbeidsduur, dossier progressieve werkhervatting, hospitalisatieverzekering…)
  • Opvolgen van tijdsregistratie (maandelijkse opvolging, roosters/shiften opmaken) en loonprogramma
  • adviseren en informeren van medewerkers aangaande personeelszaken
  • Maandelijkse afwerking van de lonen
  • Verlofberekeningen en verlofgeldberekeningen
  • Berekening eindejaarspremie
  • Beheer en opvolging loopbaanonderbrekingen
  • Aangifte arbeidsongevallen
  • Opvolging afwezigheden (moederschapsbescherming, ziekte...)
  • Je werkt voornamelijk vanuit campus Rumst, maar je bent bereid om ook op de andere campussen te werken
Jouw profiel

Ons ideaal profiel als nieuwe dossierbeheerder:

  • Bachelor sociaal werk - optie personeelswerk
  • Ervaring in personeelsadministratie en payroll is vereist
  • Prima kennis van sociale wetgeving
  • Ervaring in een ziekenhuis is een meerwaarde
  • Goede kennis van Word, Excel
  • Kennis van Eblox (SD Worx) en Tobacube is een pluspunt
  • Efficiënt kunnen werken, met de juiste prioriteiten
  • Klantgericht en communicatief sterk
  • Enthoste collega met een hart voor de zorg!
