  • Je geeft leiding aan de Maintenance Manager, Process & Automation Manager, Project & Process Manager en Safety Manager. Je rapporteert zelf aan Technical Managing Director/Plant Manager.
  • Je kan jouw people skills optimaal benutten: je coacht je collegas, investeert in hun ontwikkeling en versterkt de samenwerking binnen het team
  • De opleidingsbehoeften binnen jouw team in kaart brengen
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het onderhouds/capexbudget en het bewaken van operationele KPIs
    • Optimaliseren van technische processen en onderhoudsbeleid
Jouw profiel
  • 5 tot 10 jaar relevante ervaring in een technisch leidinggevende functie
  • Je kan duidelijk, constructief en open communiceren en weet mensen te enthosmeren
  • Sterke people skills en een talent voor coachen en verbinden
  • Een analytische mindset om complexe situaties vanuit een helikopterview te bekijken en de juiste prioriteiten te stellen
  • Je bent besluitvaardig en beschikt over uitstekende probleemoplossende vaardigheden
  • Proactieve en resultaatgerichte aanpak met een focus op continue verbetering
