Ben jij communicatief sterk en haal je energie uit klantcontact? Als Credit Collection Agent speel je een sleutelrol in het bewaken van onze cashflow. Je neemt proactief contact op met klanten om openstaande betalingen te innen en werkt nauw samen met Business Operations en het team van Verkoop & Service om betalingsachterstanden snel en efficiënt op te lossen.

✅ Jouw missie?

  • Klanten begeleiden naar tijdige betalingen met een professionele en klantgerichte aanpak.

  • Oorzaken van vertraagde betalingen achterhalen en structurele oplossingen zoeken.

  • Toezien op de naleving van de standaardbetalingstermijnen van het bedrijf.

  • Afwijkingen en belangrijke inzichten rapporteren aan de Finance Director.

Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit als Credit Collection Agent?

Geen dag is hetzelfde in deze sleutelrol binnen ons financiële team! Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze cashflow gezond blijft en klanten tijdig hun betalingen voldoen. Dit doe je door:

Proactief in contact te staan met klanten - je belt hen continu op om openstaande facturen te innen voor onze twee Belgische entiteiten.

Samenwerking is key - je werkt nauw samen met Business Operations, Verkoop & Service en het Shared Service Center in Polen om betalingsachterstanden op te lossen en inkomende betalingen correct te boeken.

Duidelijke administratie - je documenteert systematisch alle incassoacties en zorgt ervoor dat de juiste vervaldata worden gehandhaafd.

Financieel overzicht behouden - je bewaakt de naleving van de standaardbetalingstermijnen en stelt regelmatig "Overdue" rapporten op voor de Finance Director.

Ondersteuning bij audits - je bereidt informatie over Accounts Receivables voor op verzoek van accountants of auditors.

✅ Ervaring & opleiding - Je hebt een middelbaar schooldiploma en minstens 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie.

️ Sterke communicatievaardigheden - Je weet hoe je professioneel en klantgericht communiceert, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.

Georganiseerd & betrouwbaar - Je bent efficiënt in je opvolging, werkt gestructureerd en hebt oog voor detail.

Digitale skills - Kennis van Excel en SAP (of een vergelijkbaar ERP-systeem) is zeker een plus!

Talenkennis - Om onze klanten en collegas optimaal te ondersteunen, spreek en schrijf je vloeiend Frans en Nederlands.
