Als Manager Accountancy bij VM Fisk neem je de operationele verantwoordelijkheid over een team van ongeveer 9 medewerkers. In deze rol combineer je je expertise met teambegeleiding en operationele verantwoordelijkheid.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor collegas en ondersteunt hen bij vragen
  • Je helpt nieuwe medewerkers vlot te integreren
  • Je volgt evaluaties en ontwikkelingstrajecten op
  • Je denkt mee over optimalisaties en efficiëntie in het kantoor
  • Je blijft actief in (complexe) boekhoudkundige en fiscale dossiers

Je werkt in deze rol zowel vanuit ons kantoor te Sint-Denijs-Westrem als Oudenaarde.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een accountantskantoor
  • Je hebt een sterk inhoudelijk inzicht en deelt je kennis graag met collegas
  • Je bent gestructureerd en houdt overzicht, ook in drukke periodes
  • Ervaring in een leidinggevende rol is een plus, maar geen must - we zoeken vooral iemand met goesting om te groeien
