We are now looking for a Product Section Manager to join Nissans eNEST business division (Netherlands, Belgium, Norway, Denmark, Sweden). How can you contribute and have an impact? Product Management:
  • Analyze competitors activities (product Life Cycle Planning (LCP), pricing, offers, etc.) and define actions to maximize Nissan model performance.
  • Define and implement product actions for model events from Nissan Europe (head office) or locally.
  • Review model price positioning with Nissan Europe on a monthly basis.
  • Prepare and distribute price lists and specification information.
  • Support the Product Manager during the Sales Planning and Campaign planning process.
  • Follow up on the implementation of the product strategy at retail (demos, display, retail advertising material, etc.).
  • Assist in customer and dealer queries related to the products.
  • Support sales in special product and conversion requests.
  • Lead the launch committee meetings and preparations for the launch of new models.
Business Follow-Up:
  • Prepare management reports for product mix, sales volumes (customer and dealer orders + retail and market share), financials against business plan and forecast, and propose proactive actions to mitigate risks or maximize business opportunities.
  • Review allocation and support the Distribution team for supply planning.
  • Follow up on the financial performance of products and suggest countermeasures if needed.
Strategy and Business Plan:
  • Analyze market trends, customer profiles, and requirements.
  • Define the strategic direction and positioning for Nissan models and zero emissions business development.
  • Support Midterm Planning, Business Planning, and forecast process analysis of sales volume, model mix, market seasonality, market share, profitability, and sales incentives.
  • Support the implementation of the European EV strategy in the markets by developing a yearly strategic plan.
  • Analyze the customer journey and touchpoints with the brand, proposing actions to enhance the customer experience during the purchase process.
Communication:
  • Review and check product information on communication, Public Relations (PR), and training assets.
  • Check and update Nissan websites related to the product together with the Digital team.
  • Prepare launch guides and assets (market data, product objectives, pricing, competition, customer offers, and communication) for the field force.
  • Prepare product briefs for Communication, PR, Training, Country Marketing Managers, etc.
  • Coordinate with marketing agencies to provide product information in local languages to the country offices and dealer network (e.g., brochures).
  • Provide product training to stakeholders, customers, dealers, key accounts, and other external parties.
What are we looking for:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze competitors activities, define and implement product actions, review model price positioning, and prepare and distribute price lists and specifications.
  • Capability to assist sales planning and campaign planning processes, follow up on product strategy implementation at retail, and support sales in special product and conversion requests.
  • Experience in leading launch committee meetings and preparations for new model launches.
  • Ability to prepare management reports, review allocation, support supply planning, and follow up on financial performance.
  • Skills to analyze market trends, customer profiles, and requirements, define strategic direction and positioning, support midterm planning, business planning, and forecast processes, and implement EV strategy.
  • Ability to analyze the customer journey and propose actions to enhance customer experience.
  • Experience in providing product training to stakeholders, customers, dealers, key accounts, and other external parties.
  • Willingness to guide other team members at meetings and travel as necessary.
