As a Brand Manager for brands such as Liebig & Royco, youre a visionary marketer with a knack for strategic thinking and communication. Youll play a pivotal role in our dynamic marketing team, reporting directly to the Marketing Manager.

  • Champion the brand from inception to market, leveraging consumer insights to inform every decision.
  • Conduct thorough market analyses to uncover trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive landscapes.
  • Shape our brands future with a robust innovation pipeline, tailored to meet both consumer insights and retailer needs.
  • Develop a comprehensive path-to-purchase strategy, overcoming barriers to trial and purchase through targeted marketing activities.
  • Manage agency relationships to ensure seamless execution and alignment with brand objectives.
  • Drive flawless implementation of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall strategy and maximizing return on investment.

Requirements

  • A university degree in Economics, Marketing, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on marketing experience.
  • Proven expertise in product and brand management, with a deep understanding of the Belgian retail landscape.
  • Experience in the FMCG sector is a significant advantage, and a genuine passion for food is essential.
  • Fluency in Dutch is required, along with a strong command of French and English to effectively engage in our multilingual environment.
  • Exceptional management abilities, analytical thinking, and commercial acumen.
  • The ability to craft and communicate a compelling vision for the brand.
