Job Description

F Care Systems is looking for a Junior Quality and Regulatory Manager to join our team in Berchem (Antwerp). This full-time position is ideal for someone eager to dive into the world of medical devices and gain real, hands-on experience. Youll take on meaningful responsibilities from day one, working closely with a supportive team to grow your skills in regulatory affairs and quality management—laying the foundation for a strong and rewarding career.

If you have experience, that’s a plus—but it’s not a must. We’re happy to support and train you if you’re eager to learn.

🔍Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

· Preparing and updating product submission files for CE, FDA, and other international markets

· Interacting with regulatory bodies like the FDA and European notified bodies

· Taking part in internal and external quality audits

· Supporting distributors with local product registrations and regulatory documentation

· Helping to maintain our ISO 13485-compliant quality management system

· Assisting with the preparation and submission of reimbursement applications

👤About You:

· You have a Bachelors degree

· Youre proactive, able to work independently, and not afraid to take initiative

· You have a sharp eye for detail and a knack for staying organized

· Youre motivated to learn and develop in the field of regulatory affairs and quality management

· You’re fluent in English—both written and spoken—and confident using it in a professional setting
