• Follow bootcamps to start training all-round skills at each seniority level.

• Choose specific in-house instructor-led training to continue gaining the skills you want.

• Start your first project , with close follow-up and coaching by your Team Manager and other experienced consultants.

Lets talk about you:

• Masters degree (or graduating soon) in a relevant field.
• Fluent in English and Dutch / English and French.
• Healthy ambition to grow professionally and deliver strong results.
• A consultancy mindset:
  • Ready to jump in a new project, quickly gain the skills and knowledge needed to support your client and seeing any challenge as an opportunity to (im)prove yourself.
  • Socially fluent: build your professional network at both the client and Capgemini.

Conditions for undertaking a VIE :

• Be aged at least 18 but not yet 29;
• Be an European Citizens (not for Belgian citizen);
• Be in good standing with your national service obligations and have a clean criminal record;
• Be able to develop yourself full time to your assignment.
